Repair Material Perma-Flex

PERMA-FLEX SLF 200 is a two part, 100% solids urethane compounded for the repair of rubber, PVC conveyor belts and linings.

ABOUT THE REPAIR MATERIAL PERMA-FLEX

The unique properties of PERMA-FLEX SLF 200 ensure a long-lasting permanent bond and flexible repair, when used together with PF-84 primer. Maximum hardness of 60 Shore. PERMA-FLEX will not harden over time or delaminate. Outstanding flex properties and adhesion values when used in conjunction with the PF-84 adhesive primer.

The material cures to touch in 2 minutes and can be buffed after 30 minutes at ambient temperature. 100% solids and no VOC’s, making it safe to use. Long shelf life, 1year when unopened. 90 days after partial use. Standard system is self-leveling and applied with a dual plunger dispensing gun.
